Claire is an AfN-registered nutritionist with an MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour, offering clinical nutritional therapy as a standalone service or as part of a combined gut health programme.
Nutritional therapy is a science-based approach that uses food, diet and targeted supplementation to support health and address underlying imbalances. It is not generic healthy eating advice. At A – Z Health, it is grounded in 25 years of clinical practice and a research background focused specifically on IBS and digestive symptoms.
Claire completed her MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour with a research focus on IBS, and holds a BA (Hons) in Natural Nutrition from Regents College London. She is registered with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and the CNHC.
Nutritional consultations can be booked as a standalone service or combined with Colon Hydrotherapy as part of a broader gut health programme. Where relevant, lab testing is arranged through Genova Diagnostics (GDX), the clinical standard for microbiome and functional gut testing in the UK.

Claire takes a detailed health history: symptoms, diet, medication, lifestyle and previous investigations. No treatment begins without this assessment. You leave with an initial plan and clear next steps.
Based on your consultation, Claire creates a dietary and supplement protocol tailored to your specific symptoms and health goals. This is not a generic diet plan or elimination programme.
Nutrition plans are reviewed as your symptoms evolve. Lab testing through Genova Diagnostics can be added where clinical assessment suggests it would provide useful information.
Where clinical assessment suggests testing would add useful diagnostic information, Claire uses Genova Diagnostics (GDX) — the gold standard for functional gut and microbiome testing in the UK.
Testing is never routine or upsold. It is only recommended when the results are likely to change the direction of treatment.
Test kits are sent directly to you. Results are reviewed and interpreted by Claire in a follow-up consultation, with a clear explanation of what they mean for your treatment plan.
Lab testing fees (Genova Diagnostics) are additional and vary by test. Costs are discussed before any testing is arranged. Claire does not receive commission on testing.
