A – Z Health, Petersfield

IBS and Digestive Health

Claire works with a wide range of digestive, hormonal and systemic conditions where gut health plays a central role. Every client begins with a full one-hour consultation before any treatment begins.

Clinical experience in IBS

IBS and chronic digestive symptoms are among the most common reasons clients come to A - Z Health. Claire Harris completed her MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour with research specifically focused on IBS symptoms. She has worked with IBS clients throughout her over 25 years of practice.

IBS is not something you simply have to put up with. Once we identify your specific triggers — food, stress, or both — we can start working with your body rather than against it.

How Colonic Hydrotherapy Helps

Colonic hydrotherapy helps the body release toxins and reduce fluid retention and bloating. It is helpful to anyone with digestive problems or an interest in improving their digestive function, both as an immediate treatment and as part of a longer-term health programme.

Claire takes a structured approach to managing IBS, gut dysfunction and chronic digestive symptoms, combining treatment with personalised guidance. Colonic sessions are combined with nutritional advice tailored to your symptoms and health history.

Where needed, food intolerance and allergy blood testing is available through York Testing and Genova. Microbiome stool testing is available through Genova. Pre and probiotic advice is included as part of the nutritional guidance.
